  • Technician teams consist of a supervisor, lead hand and scheduler.
  • Technicians get to work with professional grade cleaning agents and extraction machines, as well as truck mount units.

  • Process incoming tender drawing and specification packages.
  • Prepare computerized purchase orders and work orders.
  • Communicate with manufacturers for information pertaining to maintenance and warranty information; order materials and establish shipping dates as well as gathering LEED documentation.
  • Support technical and management professionals with administrative tasks on multiple platforms including Microsoft Office applications and Sage ERP Accpac.
  • Work with a content management system (CRM) to establish invoicing and job costing.


  • Ability to assist in project co-ordination with end-users, contractors and installation crews.
  • Commitment to internal succession offers the potential to gain experience within multiple departments.
  • Involvement in the complete lifecycle of all project-related deliverables.


  • Invoice and reconcile accounts, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Internal payroll to include labour for installers and contract employees, as well as WCB/ GST/ PST remittances.
  • Work with internal contacts to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing, in turn contributing to the overall financial stability of the Company.

Business Development

  • Work closely with designers, contractors and end-users in establishing and maintaining relationships.
  • Promote KBM and new product lines.
  • Ensure proactive knowledge of up and coming project prospects, as well as new products.
  • Seek out new opportunities and track on-going trends in the industry.

  • Provide installation crews with diagrams highlighting the scope of work.


  • Multiple-member computerized estimating team responsible for quantities, supported by industry-specific leading edge software.

Installation Supervisors

  • Work with and supervise installation teams to ensure quality of workmanship.
  • Provide on-site quality control to ensure client satisfaction and product performance.
  • Perform site measures and qualifying scope of work with general contractors, property managers and end-users.


  • Ability to provide mentoring and leadership to all contributing members of the project.

  • Work with computerized inventory control system (ACCPAC) to monitor incoming and outgoing materials.
