CrossIron Mills Fashion Neighborhood

CrossIron Mills is the largest single level shopping centre in Alberta. Originally opened in 2009, it has become a true destination shopping and entertainment experience, with approximately 8.5 million visitors annually.
When the existing carpet tile began to appear faded and worn, the operations management team began looking at options for their renovation. The intent was to respect the original design layout, but utilize current styles and performance driven products in this high traffic area.
KBM Commercial Floor Coverings provided a comprehensive product portfolio, and began the process of integrating several colors and styles to achieve the desired vision. With the aid of electronic renderings, the end user was able to see the proposed product layout. The combined resources of the manufacturer, and KBM, made this process seamless.
The end result respects the CrossIron Mills brand aesthetically, with the added benefit of utilizing an extremely durable cushion backed carpet tile to offer comfort underfoot, added sound absorption, and a long lifecycle.
