Case Study: Why Maintenance?
At KBM we provide custom developed carpet maintenance service packages for hundreds of clients in the Calgary area. We are responsible for the cleaning care of more than 5 million square feet of carpet, from forty floor corporations to multi-level common hallways, plus fifteen walkways or recreational soccer fields.
Project: South Health Campus
Calgary's new South Health Campus is a different kind of health facility. KBM is proud to have been a part of the build, installation and supply of the large volumes of superior institutional flooring materials throughout the development, including unique offerings through our world-class manufacturers and suppliers.
Case Study: Matting
The floor space of Centennial Place covers 1,400,000 sq.ft. (130,000 m2) and thousands of people come through this building every day. Given these factors, Centennial’s Property Management Group realized the importance of not only installing a comprehensive matting system but also maintaining it frequently. We worked closely with them to create a system of flooring materials to ensure their building always looks first class.
