Sales

Maintenance

Administration

  • Process incoming tender drawing and specification packages.
  • Prepare computerized purchase orders and work orders.
  • Communicate with manufacturers for information pertaining to maintenance and warranty information; order materials and establish shipping dates as well as gathering LEED documentation.
  • Support technical and management professionals with administrative tasks on multiple platforms including Microsoft Office applications and Sage ERP Accpac.
  • Work with a content management system (CRM) to establish invoicing and job costing.

  • Provide installation crews with diagrams highlighting the scope of work.
